1. The contract
In order to contract with Golden Dreamers you must be capable, under Australian law, of entering a contract. All details provided by you to Golden Dreamers must be true and accurate. You must be the authorised user of the credit card, bank account or paypal account used to place your order. By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document. Golden Dreamers reserves the right to accept or decline any offer. The e-mail you receive upon placing an order, which confirms receipt of your order, does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The contract between you and Golden Dreamers is formed when you receive a confirmation e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. For legal purposes, the contract between you and Golden Dreamers is formed in Sydney, Australia, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in the jurisdiction of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Pricing, Payment and Availability
We will do our best to make sure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate. However errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it and receiving a full refund. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and you will be issued a full refund. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and payment is charged in Australian dollars. All prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs are additional to the cost of the items. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. Special Offer and Discount codes must be entered correctly during the checkout process in order to take effect.
